Alternative or just different?

It's safe to say that we tend to stick with what we know.

Conventional treatments and therapies typically provide symptomatic relief by addressing the specific part of the body in pain. However, this approach is not always the most efficient, nor does it always yield long-term results.

When new options emerge, we often approach them with skepticism, demanding evidence. Athletes, however, are an exception. They rarely concern themselves with the HOW or the WHY; if a treatment promises to get them back on track faster, they're willing to try it.

Caroline's integrated approach became the go-to treatment for athletes seeking quicker recovery and improved performance.  It didn't take long before it also gained popularity among the general public seeking a faster, more lasting pain relief.

The difference is

  • Full body treatment

  • NO painful or forced manipulations

  • 75-90 minute sessions

  • Tangible change in 1 session

  • Injury repair 3 -4 sessions

  • Deeply relaxing

  • Continued support

Getting here

Caroline began her journey in 2004, recognising that a one-size-fits-all approach to health problems hindered full recovery. She understood that every "body" is unique and requires individualized treatment. Her method combines Bowen Therapy from Australia with an in-depth study of gait and alignment from the USA. Her exploration of the human body included studying fascia through human dissection and various movement practices. In 2012, Caroline launched her "Body Breathing to Just Breathe" exercise, which gained media attention and was listed in the Sunday Times' "Top 20 exercises to do." This exercise attracted a diverse clientele, including elite athletes, professional dancers, and opera singers, all of whom depend on their bodies for their livelihoods. They didn't question the evidence; they were willing to try anything that worked and gave them an edge. They were not disappointed. In 2017, Caroline introduced the gentle joint adjustment therapy "Evans Alignment" to her repertoire. She then spent five years in Hong Kong, working with rugby players, swimmers, stressed students, and many airline pilots. Returning to the UK Caroline has continued to assist those seeking fast recovery from injuries, pain relief, general relaxation, and health maintenance. Caroline has been featured in numerous mainstream media outlets, including the Sunday Times, Mail on Sunday, Daily Express, Evening Standard, London Metro, Tatler, Harper's Bazaar, Good Housekeeping, and more..
