  • How many sessions are required?
On average only 3 - 4 sessions. Every 'body' responds uniquely, some a little faster and some a little slower. In the rare situation you don't notice any change after a second session, together we will assess and discuss other options to help you move forward with your recovery.
  • How long are the appointments?
All sessions are up to 90 minutes
  • How many days between sessions?
For optimum recovery sessions are best spaced 4 - 7 days apart, but can still be beneficial up to 10 days apart.
  • Is it ok to have other physical therapies at the same time as a course of the Kremer Method?
Due to the nature of work it isn't advisable to combine these sessions with other physical therapies i.e. massage, physiotherapy, osteopathy, Chiropractic therapy etc. However, the work can be applied alongside acupuncture, naturopathy, homeopathy or other non-invasive therapy. NB: If you are in the middle of a course of other physical therapy it is advisable to complete the course of treatment - If you are unsure, please contact us, and we can help work out the best approach for you.
  • What should I wear for the session?
Bowen Therapy, which is usually an aspect of every session, is prefarably applied directly to the skin or through light, loose clothing (T-shirt/strap top and sports shorts/light weight leggings) Please choose what is most comfortable for you. Changing facilities are available if required.
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS ARE PAYABLE AT FULL RATE. We appreciate that emergency situations arise that mean cancellations are a necessity and we will look at each case individually regarding applying the cancellation fee. In the same light please recognise that our time is valuable to other clients who might be on a waiting list for an appointment, so please give us as much notice as possible so we can refill the space, which will give you a higher chance of not incurring a cancellation fee. Any changes you need to make to your appointment, please inform the clinic on 01798 300740.
  • How do I pay?
Full payment for the first session is required on booking the appointment (online/bank transfer). Subsequent payments are made per session. all major debit and credit cards are accepted on site. Online transfer can be made in advance of the appointment, or cash/cheque on the day. If you have long term health issues a package can be arranged. Please contact directly to discuss the options.
